In my opinion different angle give people different feeling. Specially at vertical angle, it represent power and weakness, High vertical angles gives viewer a commanding height feeling, and if viewer looking from bottom to top, it feels like you stand infront of huge object and on that time, you looks quite weak and small.

Then Horizontal angle gives viewer more direction to observe object. Detach(indirect) and involved(direct). Involved can bring viewer to same place and same feeling, it can seize viewer's heart.

VERTICAL ANGLE
The guy who stand looks more powerful, because they look people from top angle to down.
The guy clean shoes looks more weakness.


HORIZONTAL ANGLES
Frontal(involved)
He direct looks at you and smile to you, it makes you want to buy his fruit.
